Friday Favs #2

Woohooo it's payday :)
This month I've been stalking a lot of Brightonian local lovelies on Etsy,
these are my top three for where to go spend some pocket money today....

This super sweet giclee print is by Ele Pack
Ele has been painting professionally for about 20 years and her lovely pieces have been sold through the Art Group and Ikea and are now featured in her gorgeous shop on Etsy. This print would make the sweetest wedding gift. I'm also loving this horse print below, dreamy.....

These silver lovelies are by the super talented Elizabeth Anne Norris who produces high quality, handcrafted, bespoke and limited edition jewellery which can be made to personal specifications. I love how simple yet detailed they are, really different to your off the high street hoops. While your at it, why not add a matching necklace too....well it'd be rude not to....

Last up are these illustrated pieces of loveliness by
Bryony Crane.

These lovely little bird magnets are made of plastic and laminated for longevity.
Your fridge needs these!
I'm also loving her illustrated pocket mirrors, but which one to choose???

Happy Friday and Happy shopping y'all!

A*...

Today has been an A* for effort day, I got sooo much done. My to do lists of lists of lists were starting to freak me out a bit but I managed to make a considerable dent in them so all is good. I've got a few days off the 9-5 and today was a day to get things done. I even started the christmas to do list....that's just weird and really against my beliefs! I get so mad when I see things in the supermarket in October for xmas and here I am cutting snowflakes in July!!

I "unfortunately" had to bake a cake to showcase some new Etsy wares....shame. Cake was baked (and practically all eaten before I could get all my photos done)

I'm loving my new cake accessories, I think a party may be in order so I can show some off :) I also sold my rainbow cloud mobile so got stitching a new version which I'm really happy with. Note to self; make one for me!!

Oh and this is George, he's a gingerbread man. He's waiting for his other mates to turn up then you can meet them all on Etsy :)

So after all that hard work I'm off for a long weekend in Wales.....apparently its going to rain....wellies and wine it is then :)

Restoration Project ...

I've just become the proud owner of this 5 set of Ercol chairs from the 1960's. They're a bit tatty round the edges so are in need of a good sanding session and then..........well I've not quite decided.

I love the idea of painting them bright glossy colours like these......

or maybe just a bit of detail...

this beauty was restored by Trash Furnishings

All I know right now is I have a lot of sand paper to go and buy!  Ooooh project :)
